Courage

I'm writing this less than a month after the Terrorist Attacks and I see courage everywhere.
It's in the faces of firefighters and rescue workers. It's in the hearts of volunteers who've donating their money and time. And it's on every airplane carrying Americans-who refuse to let their freedoms be held hostage.
I also see it in the day-to-day actions of business owners. Facing an uncertain future and a market that's morphed overnight, business leaders must draw upon courage daily.
It's been said that courage is not the absence of fear, but the act of facing down your fear. My hope is that you will face each new business day with an abundance of courage.
